Visualisation
When listening, though your
subconscious is doing all the work your conscious mind can give it a little
helping hand. Visualise the positive affirmations that your audio features – visualise
in the present and future tense. For example, “I sleep soundly” (present) and “I will sleep soundly” (future). Whether it’s one of our popular subliminal hypnosis downloads or you’ve asked for customised subliminal affirmations, I’ll provide you with a list of those affirmations used.
Visualisation is very powerful, especially when used
alongside positive thinking. Listen to how you talk to and about yourself
throughout the day and be aware of the tone. It’s important not to talk badly of
yourself, or “trash-talk” as our friends across the pond would say. This
might help you to remember to do away with the rubbish… When you forget
something or don’t achieve as much as you’d hoped, don’t say “my memory is
rubbish” or “everything I do turns out rubbish” as these statements
reinforce the limiting belief and make you feel even worse.
MEDITATION
Making the time to go within
yourself is so important, especially as modern life always has us on the go.
Try not to think of meditation as a chore, as something else to tick off your
to-do list. Go somewhere that’s quiet and sit with yourself for at least 20
minutes a day (or start weekly and then increase regularity as you feel the
healing affects). Focus only on your breathing to help you reach a more relaxed
state.
Don’t
worry if thoughts bubble up and try to interfere – this is the process.
After regular practice you’ll learn to let these thoughts wash over you and
allow yourself to just be. Meditation can help achieve a great change
within and is extra powerful when used while subconsciously listening to a subliminal
hypnosis audio recording.
REAFFIRMATION
Start
each day as you mean to go on. When you wake, take the time to tell yourself “I’m
going to have a great day”. Do this regularly and you’ll soon start to make
a huge difference to how you go through your day, interact with people and
approach tasks. Positive thinking is the key to positive change.
